Job summary

IPS Group is seeking a UK payroll specialist from Mumbai with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage end-to-end UK payroll processing. You will handle PAYE, NI, student loans, and PGL while ensuring HMRC compliance and payroll reconciliations.

Proficiency in Sage 50 Cloud Payroll or STAR is preferred, with WFH flexibility for candidates in Mumbai. The role requires strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and tax-year rules and experience in outsourcing or client-based payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing.
• Handle PAYE, National Insurance (NI), Student Loans, and PGL.
• Process statutory payments such as SMP, SPP, and SSP.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve client queries.
• Work on Sage 50 Cloud Payroll, STAR, or similar UK payroll software.

Required Skills:
