PowerSchool Group LLC is seeking a seasoned accounting professional in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end accounting for a multinational SaaS company. You will drive monthly close, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and prepare timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities include enhancing internal controls, optimizing reconciliation processes, and collaborating with ERP systems to enable automation. 6–7 years of relevant experience and strong ERP knowledge are preferred.

Our Accounting team manages business transactions on behalf of the organization, reporting on company performance, issuing financial statements, and maintaining financial records.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Good understanding of internal controls and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) required.
• CA Inter, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Experience

• 6–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end accounting in a multinational or technology/SaaS company preferred.
• Strong exposure to month‑end close, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audits.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with shared services or global finance teams is desirable.
