Qualificações

Role Description

The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and oversight of accounts payable and receivable. This full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi will prepare and review financial statements, ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and support audits and tax filings. The person in this role will analyze financial data, provide insights on budgeting and forecasting, and help identify opportunities to improve financial controls and processes. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and clients, respond to accounting queries, and contribute to maintaining the firm’s high standards of accuracy, ethics, and client service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including experience with general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Candidates should possess skills in taxation, audit support, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards and laws.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, along with the ability to work with data, produce reports, and maintain organized financial records.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills to review financial information and provide meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent, and prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role are highly beneficial.
