Job summary

Shashwath Solution invites a skilled accounting professional to join the team in Pune. The role covers month-end closing, statutory compliance, payroll, and audit coordination, with emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is required, and experience in GST, TDS, ESI, PF will be beneficial. The ideal candidate is a B.Com graduate with CA advantages and at least five years of accounting experience, including exposure to audits.

Qualifications

• BCom graduate with CA advantage is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in an audit firm is advantageous.
• Good command of English, Hindi and Kannada; further Indian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month and end-year processes.
• Accounts payable/receivable management.
• Cash and bank books maintenance.
• General ledger maintenance.
• Payroll and utilities handling.
• Statutory compliance work: GST, GST 2B reconciliation, GST 3B, GST 9.
• TDs, ESI and PF processing.
• Organized maintenance of accounts.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and generate reports.
• Establish and enforce accounting policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain fiscal files and document transactions.
• Sundry debtors/creditors payment activities.
• Year-end closing activities.
• Storage of documents and file maintenance.

BCom Graduate and CA [ Advantage]

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accountancy, it is advantageous to have worked in an audit firm

Good Command of English, Hindi and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Tamil/Telegu would be an added advantage

Has Experience in Statutory Compliances i.e Direct and Indirect Taxes

Must have a strong desire to learn and the ability to adapt

Ability to act competently when necessarily
