Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Dadri (Uttar Pradesh) seeks an experienced accounting professional to maintain books, ensure tax compliance, and improve accounting systems. The role covers month-end through annual audits, with responsibilities spanning accounts payable/receivable, cash/bank books, and general ledger.

The ideal candidate has a BCom, 4+ years in accounting (CA advantage), and strong multilingual capabilities in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Prior exposure to statutory taxes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BCom graduate with CA advantage preferred.
• Minimum 4 years accounting experience, audit firm experience advantageous.
• Strong command of English, Hindi and Kannada; other Indian languages a plus.
• Experience in statutory compliance: direct and indirect taxes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; ability to act decisively when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end and year-end processes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.
• Maintain cash and bank books; oversee general ledger.
• Support payroll and utilities accounting.
• Ensure GST and GSTR compliances: GST 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9.
• Organize and maintain accounts with accurate tax reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist annual audits.
• Improve accounting systems and preventive controls.
• Maintain fiscal files and transaction records.
• Oversee payment related activities.

• 2. To Maintain Tax Compliance of the Company

• 4. To Monitor, Track and Supervise day to day account related activities


• 5.To Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information

Eligibility Criteria :

• 1. BCom Graduate and CA [ Advantage]


• 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in accountancy, it is advantageous to have worked in an audit firm


• 3. Good Command over English, Hindi and Kannada. Other Indian Languages like Tamil/Telegu would be an added advantage


• 4. Has Experience in Statutory Compliances i.e Direct and Indirect Taxes


• 5. Must have a strong desire to learn and ability to adapt


• 6. Ability to act competently when necessarily
