Job Title: Senior Accountant – Multi-Platform Operations

Saaiesh Group is a fast-growing business house managing multiple ventures including Ayursesha (Ayurvedic Wellness) and Diet N Fit (Online Fitness Coaching) . We operate across Quick Commerce (Blinkit), Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify with in-house fulfilment and vendor coordination. With a growing team and expanding product SKUs, we are hiring a Senior Accountant to manage cash flow, tax compliance, inventory reconciliation, payouts, and financial systems.

To manage and streamline all financial operations including cash management, GST/TDS filings, inventory accounting, platform reconciliation, payroll support, and reporting across multiple verticals of the Saaiesh Group. This person will be the financial backbone of the company.

• Track and reconcile payments from Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Razorpay, COD, and UPI
• Maintain daily cash flow and share live position report with CEO
• File GST (GSTR-1, 3B) across multiple state registrations, reconcile GSTR-2B monthly, manage TDS and advance tax
• Reconcile deductions (TCS/TDS, penalties, returns) from all e-commerce platforms
• Record product and packaging purchases in Vyapar and track inward/outward stock
• Manage documentation for vendor bills, GRNs, and freight costs
• Control packaging material inventory and monthly stock valuation
• Track salaries, calculate commissions, support payroll accuracy and timing
• Manage petty cash (fuel, dispatch costs, stationery, miscellaneous)
• Prepare MIS reports for monthly P&L by brand, inventory value, and tax obligations
• Ensure 100% compliance with internal timelines and audit readiness

KPIs to Measure Success:

• Timely GST/TDS filings: 100%
• Daily cash flow reporting compliance
• Inventory reconciliation accuracy: >98%
• Platform payout reconciliation accuracy: >97%
• Timely payment releases to vendors
• 4–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in product/e-commerce businesses
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, GSTR-2B reconciliation
• Proficient in Vyapar App, Tally/Zoho, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), and banking portals
• Ability to manage multi-brand reporting, commissions, and cash forecasting
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller, Flipkart, Razorpay, Blinkit payout dashboards
• Strong documentation habits and speed with reconciliations
• Independent ownership and problem-solving mindset
