The candidate should have practical knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, account health, order coordination, inventory updates, promotions, marketplace compliance and advertising.

The role also involves improving product visibility and advertising performance through ROAS improvement, ACoS control, keyword optimisation and sales tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and other marketplaces while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, promotions and order-related coordination.
• Monitor account health, seller performance, returns, claims, marketplace issues and policy compliance.
• Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns with a focus on improving ROAS, controlling ACoS and optimizing keywords.
• Analyse sales reports, advertising reports and marketplace data to improve product visibility and overall account performance.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure regular account growth, operational efficiency and marketplace compliance.

Required Skills

• Previous experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit or similar marketplaces.
• Good understanding of marketplace advertising, performance marketing, ROAS, ACoS and keyword optimization.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive seller account growth.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Excel, marketplace dashboards and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva will be preferred.
