Job Title: Senior Accountant

Salary: As per Market standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the company's Pan India business.
• Oversee preparation and finalization of books of accounts, financial statements, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
• Supervise GST reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC), TDS deductions, and tax payments.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation matters and coordinate with tax consultants.
• Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Review and approve invoices, vendor payments, customer billing, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act provisions, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Develop and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts and finance team across business locations.
• Liaise with statutory authorities, auditors, banks, and government departments whenever required.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
