We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our day-to-day finance and accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable UAE requirements.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing accounting operations, bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role will also support month-end closing activities, VAT compliance, and other UAE finance-related requirements while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Preparing and issuing invoices to clients.
• Tracking payments, outstanding invoices, and receivables.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Performing bank and account reconciliations.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting month-end closing.
• Assisting with VAT compliance and other UAE finance-related requirements.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of financial reporting and month-end closing procedures.
