Job summary

Hexpress Healthcare Softech Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join the finance team in Vadodara. The candidate will lead day-to-day bookkeeping, generate financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting with attention to accuracy and compliance.

Applicants should have extensive accounting experience, advanced Excel capabilities, and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in all areas of the accounts department.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance for countries of prior work.
• Experience with international accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of day-to-day bookkeeping work.
• Analyze various accounting reports monthly and prepare reconciliations with proper support.
• Plan daily work with the team lead and meet deadlines.
• Monitoring and arranging of weekly payments.
• Ensure all statutory compliance is followed along with filing deadlines.
• Prepare monthly management accounts up to the balance sheet and support reconciliation.
• Preparation of various reports as required by Senior Management.
• Preparation of Final accounts for Tax returns and discussing it with the Accountant.

Job description

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Senior Accountant will ensure accurate financial records, prepare financial statements, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitoring of day-to-day bookkeeping work.
2. Analyze various accounting reports monthly and ensure that reconciliation is prepared with proper support.
3. Plan daily work with the team lead and meet deadlines.
4. Monitoring and arranging of weekly payments.
5. Ensure all statutory compliance is followed along with filing deadlines.
6. Prepare monthly management accounts up to the balance sheet and support reconciliation.
7. Preparation of various reports as and when required by Senior Management.
8. Preparation of Final accounts to be submitted for Tax returns and discussing it with the Accountant.

Requirements

1. Candidate with work experience in all the areas of Accounts department.
2. Good knowledge of Book Keeping as well as Account standards.
3. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills with knowledge of advanced excel formulation.
4. Good at Data verification and posting into accounting software.
5. Candidate with excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
6. The candidate should know about various statutory compliance for countries where he has work experience.
7. Prefer a candidate who has worked for international account.
