Job summary

Prime Sunshine is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries. You will participate in month-end closings and assist with financial statements under the guidance of the Finance team.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or an accounting firm, with strong ability to work independently and coordinate with a cross-functional Finance & Operations team in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/BBA) required.
• CA Intermediate or Semi-Qualified CA is strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or an accounting firm.
• Ability to manage routine accounting activities independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and expense tracking.
• Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations, investigate mismatches, and ensure ledger accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, Profit & Loss reports, and cash flow reports.
• Support GST filings, TDS calculations and filings, statutory compliance, and related documentation.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documents for internal and statutory audits.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate unusual entries, and flag financial bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the 11-member Finance & Operations team and relevant departments to resolve accounting and payment-related issues.
• Support closing activities and ensure records and reports are completed within deadlines.
