Job summary

Raj Ratan Tours & Travels seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage books, prepare financial statements, and ensure statutory compliance from Indore. The role requires handling reconciliations and maintaining robust accounting controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and a strong ownership mindset for long-term growth within the company.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com with 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain complete books of accounts.
• Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
• Perform regular bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Establish and follow proper accounting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly and annual accounts.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor expenses, verify financial transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy, discipline, and accountability in all accounting activities.
