Qualifications

• Candidate should be proficient in IND AS and GST/taxation laws.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecast cycles.
• Strong analytics with Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP suites like Tally, Zoho, Odoo.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and GL/ TB.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC filings and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
• Develop internal controls and automation to improve processes.

Role & responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage General Ledger and Trial Balance.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure.

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and applicable regulations.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights to management.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Manage, support procurement/vendor payments and customer collections.
• Coordinate & support admin duties, banking transactions & reconciliations.

Internal Controls

• Develop financial controls and SOPs.
• Conduct financial audits and risk assessments.
• Improve accounting processes through automation.
