Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage compliances for mid-sized clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books using Tally with accuracy.
• Prepare data in MS Excel/Word efficiently.
• Handle end-to-end compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax, PT, PF, ESIC).
• File GST, TDS, PF & ESIC, Professional Tax, and Income Tax returns.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory compliances.
• Assist in annual financial statement preparation, tax audits, and statutory audits.
• Prepare and file various forms with the Income Tax Department.
• Develop MIS reports per client requirements and insights.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication and regulatory adherence.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of accounting and statutory compliances, along with the ability to independently manage end-to-end financial and compliance functions for mid-sized clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts with strong working knowledge of Tally.
• Prepare and manage data using MS Excel and MS Word effectively.
• Handle end-to-end compliance related to TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESIC.
• Ensure timely filing of:
• GST Returns
• TDS Returns
• PF & ESIC Returns
• Professional Tax Returns
• Income Tax Returns
• Manage monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory compliances.
• Assist in annual financial statement preparation, tax audits, and statutory audits.
• Prepare and file various forms with the Income Tax Department.
• Develop and present MIS reports as per client-specific requirements.
• Liaise with clients to provide financial insights and ensure smooth communication.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable statutory regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing, FEMA regulations, and FDI will be an added advantage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or master's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience (experience in a CA firm preferred).
• Ability to independently manage compliances for mid-sized clients.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
