Job summary

You will manage payables and receivables, ensure GST and TDS compliance, handle payroll and banking, and prepare MIS reports for management.

The ideal candidate has a B.Com and MBA/M.Com preferred, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree; MBA/M.Com preferred.
• 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Review accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle payroll, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and insurance administration.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage banking documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain stock records, petty cash, and financial documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
• Develop and update SOPs and support ad-hoc finance activities.
