Job summary

Talent Basket in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior engineer with deep expertise in LTE/NR L1/PHY and embedded real-time systems to design and optimize wireless PHY algorithms. You will work on modulation, LDPC/Turbo coding, MIMO, beamforming, channel estimation, IQ processing and FFT/IFFT, with FPGA/ASIC/GPU acceleration and fronthaul protocol experience.

Strong leadership for large-scale L1 delivery programs and DSP debugging skills are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in LTE/NR L1/PHY algorithm development for real-time systems.
• Strong knowledge of modulation, LDPC/Turbo coding, MIMO, beamforming and channel estimation.
• Proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB and embedded software.
• Experience with FPGA/ASIC/GPU acceleration and fronthaul protocols (CPRI/eCPRI).
• Deep understanding of PHY, RF/Radio, L2 and fronthaul integration and DSP debugging.

• Develop and optimize L1/PHY algorithms for wireless systems.
• Implement DSP routines, perform debugging and performance tuning.
