• Leading the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, and integration of 5G NR protocol software.
• Continuously driving system performance improvements with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Overseeing and mentoring development processes, ensuring adherence to software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
• Conducting thorough code reviews and providing technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills And Expertise

• Extensive hands‑on experience in LTE/5G NR Layer 2 protocol design, implementation, and optimization as per 3GPP specifications.
• Strong programming and debugging expertise in C/C++.
