Role Overview

The Senior 3D Generalist will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D product visualizations, animations, and cinematic experiences for our elevator products using Blender and Unreal Engine. The candidate should be capable of managing the entire 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, product animation, and character rigging (if required for demonstration visuals). You will work closely with product design, marketing, and branding teams to produce high‑quality visual assets for digital marketing, product launches, exhibitions, and global promotions.

Pipeline Responsibilities

• Modeling of elevators, interiors, mechanical components, and environments
• Texturing: develop photorealistic materials, textures, and finishes
• Ensure accuracy based on engineering drawings and CAD files

Product Animation & Motion Design

• Create cinematic product animations explaining elevator features, installation flow, and usage
• Produce camera animation sequences for product launches and promotional videos
• Develop dynamic walkthrough animations for luxury residential installations

Studio Lighting & Rendering

• Set up studio‑quality lighting environments
• Produce high‑end photorealistic renders
• Optimize rendering workflows for quality and efficiency

Unreal Engine Integration

• Import models into Unreal Engine for high‑quality cinematic rendering
• Create or rig characters when required for demonstration animations
• Animate interactions with elevators to showcase user experience and product functionality

AI‑Assisted Creative Production

• Use AI tools and prompt engineering for productivity improvements

Post Production

• Perform compositing and color correction
• Deliver final production‑ready assets for marketing campaigns

Project Ownership

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Deliver final assets within strict deadlines
