The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max, and experience with Octane, Redshift, or V-Ray. Flexible hours and remote options offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 25+ years of experience in 3D visual design, modeling, or motion graphics.
• Proficiency in major 3D packages listed.
• Experience with rendering engines such as Octane, Redshift, V-Ray, Arnold.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Understanding of lighting, texturing, shading, and real-time rendering.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work across mediums.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering high-quality 3D visual content that brings ideas to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to deliver visually compelling assets for a variety of platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality 3D models, animations, renders, and visual assets for digital, print, product, or immersive experiences.
• Translate creative briefs and concepts into 3D visualizations that effectively communicate brand and project goals.
• Collaborate with other designers, art directors, and developers to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimize 3D assets for different platforms (web, AR/VR, mobile, real-time engines).
• Create mood boards, storyboards, and presentation visuals to communicate concepts.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in 3D and digital visualization.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Design, 3D Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 25+ years of experience in 3D visual design, modeling, or motion graphics.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar.
• Experience with rendering engines (Octane, Redshift, V-Ray, Arnold, etc.).
