What You’ll Do

• - Lead and guide the security team across daily operations and shifts, setting the standard for professionalism and discretion
• - Ensure seamless access control for members, guests, visitors, and vendors, in line with House standards
• - Maintain a constant, unobtrusive awareness of the environment to ensure safety without disrupting the member experience
• - Oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol routines, and all security systems with precision and responsibility
• - Act as the calm first responder in any incident, emergency, or sensitive situation, ensuring swift and composed resolution
• - Prepare clear, accurate incident and shift reports, maintaining complete confidentiality at all times
• - Work closely with Front of House and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods and events
• - Support training and development of the security team, fostering a culture of attentiveness, respect, and service mindset
• - Liaise with external authorities when required, representing the House with professionalism and discretion
