Job summary

Praveen Maurya is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead and manage our security operations team across multiple client sites. You will oversee Field Officers and Supervisors, ensure service quality, manage manpower, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 35+ years of security operations experience, and proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 35+ years of experience in security operations, facility management, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manpower management and client handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Field Officers and Field Supervisors.
• Manage security operations across multiple client sites and ensure service quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review field activity reports.
• Recruit, deploy, and manage security personnel as per operational requirements.
• Handle emergencies, absenteeism, client complaints, and operational escalations promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high service standards.
• Conduct induction and refresher training for security personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor guard grooming, discipline, uniforms, ID cards, and equipment.
• Prepare incident reports and implement corrective actions where required.
• Evaluate the performance of field teams and drive continuous improvement.
