Job summary

Globe Security Services in India seeks an experienced Security Manager to lead our security team, develop strategies, and ensure client safety. You will oversee policies, audits, incident response, and relationships with law enforcement, while supervising personnel and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, plus a valid security license and strong leadership skills. Night/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure safety and security of clients, employees, and visitors.
• Manage and supervise a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific security needs and develop tailored security plans.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports as necessary.
