Job summary

Adani Transmission in India seeks an experienced security operations professional to align daily security with business objectives and site priorities. You will monitor operations, support SOP adherence, and document incidents.

Your role includes access control oversight, patrols with CCTV, visitor management, and monitoring traffic and cargo security using GPS and RFID tagging, while staying aware of digital advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations focused on access control, patrols, and emergency response.

• Assist in aligning daily security operations with business objectives and site priorities.
• Support the implementation of the operating model and SOPs.
• Participate in patrols and monitor with CCTV, documenting activities.
• Oversee Access Control operations and report deviations to security leadership.
• Manage visitor access cards and entry/exit protocols.
• Monitor traffic and cargo security using GPS and RFID tagging.
• Act as a support responder to crises and incidents following plans.
• Keep pace with digital and AI advancements to enhance security.

Job description

Assist in aligning daily security operations with the strategic objectives of the business and site, providing operational insights to enhance the security strategy.

SOP Adherence:

Support the implementation of the operating model and SOPs, ensuring that security processes are executed effectively.

Surveillance and Monitoring:

Participate in patrols and use CCTV systems to monitor the premises, documenting activities and maintaining a high level of security awareness.

Access Control Management:

Help oversee the operations of Access Control, ensuring process adherence and reporting any deviations to the security leadership.

Visitor Access Oversight:

Assist in the management of access cards for visitors, ensuring secure and efficient entry and exit protocols.

Traffic and Cargo Security:

Support the monitoring of business traffic operations, including vehicle and cargo authorization checks, utilizing tools like GPS and RFID tagging.

Emergency Response:

Act as a support responder to crises, emergencies, and incidents, following plans and managing exceptions as they arise.

Digital Mindset:

Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or a related field.

Work Experience:
