Job summary

Jobitus in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, invites applications for a security coordinator responsible for gate entry, visitor scanning, and ensuring disciplined security inside the premises.

You will coordinate with MD/Directors for visitor approvals, manage parcels, track courier handovers, and maintain driver logs, vehicle types, and travel purposes.

This role requires accuracy in soft and hard copy records and prior SME/factory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in SME / Factory / Industrial plants is preferred.
• Must be strict, disciplined, and comfortable maintaining records in both Soft copy and Hard copy.

Responsibilities

• Gate Entry: Monitor and record in and out entry of all staff and visitors.
• Scanning: Visitor's entry maintaining and scanning.
• Management Approval: Taking permission from MD Sir / Directors before allowing any visitor inside.
• Couriers: Taking permission from management before collecting parcels/couriers and handing them over to the concerned person.
• Logistics Data: Maintain driver work data (where the driver is going, vehicle type 2-wheeler/4-wheeler, and purpose).
• Monitoring: Ensure gate monitoring and keys monitoring.
• Discipline: Maintain discipline and security inside the premises.
• Ad-hoc: Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
