Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Group is seeking a security professional responsible for plant, mines, and township protection. The role covers guarding, surveillance, patrolling, documentation, access control, and coordination with security agencies.

You will oversee deployment of security personnel, manage gate operations and traffic, and support fire safety and CSR activities while maintaining clear incident records and CCTV monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in guarding, surveillance, patrolling, and documentation.
• Ability to manage access control for personnel, materials and vehicles.
• Experience in coordinating security manpower and guarding agencies.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and incident reporting.
• Ability to brief guards and conduct post inspections during shifts.

Responsible for overall plant, mines, and township security, including guarding, surveillance, patrolling, and documentation.

• 2. Ensures access control for personnel, materials, and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• 3. Prevents unauthorized entry, breaches, and untoward incidents through strict monitoring and control.
• 4. Manages deployment of security manpower and verifies security agency bills.
• 5. Controls material movement and gate operations, ensuring only authorized entry and exit.
• 6. Oversees traffic management, ensuring smooth movement of vehicles and coordination with other departments.
• 7. Handles emergency response, fire safety vehicle safety, and supports CSR activities within budget.
• 8. Monitors security operations during shifts, including briefing guards, conducting patrols, and inspecting security posts.
• 9. Maintains CCTV surveillance, records, registers, and security equipment, ensuring proper usage and documentation.
• 10. Conducts training, intelligence collection, reporting incidents, and acts as Quick Response Team (QRT) during emergencies.
