Job summary

Dalmia Cement seeks a vigilant security professional to oversee plant, mines, and township security operations. You will guard premises, monitor surveillance, and document incidents to ensure safety and compliance.

You will coordinate access control, manage security personnel deployment, and supervise gate operations, with responsibility for emergency response and traffic management across shifts. Experience in security within industrial settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for plant, mines and township security, including guarding, surveillance, patrolling, and documentation.
• Ensures access control for personnel, materials, and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
• Prevents unauthorized entry, breaches, and incidents through strict monitoring and control.
• Manages deployment of security manpower and verifies security agency bills.
• Controls material movement and gate operations, ensuring only authorized entry and exit.
• Oversees traffic management and coordinates vehicle movement with other departments.
• Handles emergency response, fire safety, vehicle safety, and CSR activities within budget.
• Monitors security operations during shifts, briefing guards, patrolling, and inspecting posts.
• Maintains CCTV surveillance, records, registers, and security equipment usage.
• Conducts training, intelligence collection, reporting incidents, and acts as QRT during emergencies.
