Job summary

Accor in Goa is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all safety and security operations within the palace-like property. You will protect guests, Heartist, visitors and assets by enforcing security policies and emergency plans, and by leading a skilled security team.

You will develop and implement safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with local authorities, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting VIP event security and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of security experience, preferably in hotels.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall hotel security operations including surveillance, patrols, and access control.
• Develop and implement safety, security, and emergency response procedures.

• Lead, train, and supervise the security team.

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all safety and security operations within the Palace. This role ensures the protection of guests, Heartist, visitors, and palace assets by implementing security policies, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans in line with hospitality standards.
