Job summary

Accor hotel network seeks a dedicated Security professional to safeguard guests, employees and property on a full-time basis.

You will conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and coordinate with departments and emergency services while maintaining detailed security records.

Ideal candidates have reliable, responsible behavior, strong interpersonal skills, and prior security experience in hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, employees, and property premises.
• Investigate and report violations of law/property policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activities, and crisis situations.
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd-control activities.
• Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities and services in a professional and helpful manner.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily security activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and emergency services when required.
• Ensure all security procedures and standards are consistently followed.
