Job summary

Accor is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all safety and security operations at our palace hotel in Goa. You will protect guests, Heartist, visitors, and assets by implementing policies, risk management, and emergency response plans aligned with hospitality standards.

Lead, train, and supervise the security team; coordinate with local authorities; ensure compliance with regulations; oversee VIP events and conferences. A strong background in hotel security and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of security experience, preferably in hotels.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency protocols.

Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all safety and security operations within the Palace. This role ensures the protection of guests, Heartist, visitors, and palace assets by implementing security policies, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans in line with hospitality standards.
