Job summary

Accor is seeking a Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations at the Palace, safeguarding guests, Heartist, visitors, and assets. The role requires implementing policies, risk management, and emergency plans aligned with hospitality standards.

You will manage surveillance, access control, and security staff; lead safety programs; and coordinate with authorities for VIP events, ensuring compliance with local palace standards.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of security experience, preferably in hotels.
• Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing all safety and security operations within the Palace. This role ensures the protection of guests, Heartist, visitors, and palace assets by implementing security policies, risk management procedures, and emergency response plans in line with hospitality standards.
