Job summary

Check Point Software in Mumbai is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive MSP/MSSP demonstrations and oversee technical implementations at scale. You will manage trials, share best practices, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

The role involves delivering training to MSP partners, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and maintaining strong relationships with partner decision-makers. Some travel to meet partners and industry events is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, security engineering, solutions architect, technical success, technical account management or similar in MSP or tech industry.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving email delivery and mail flow issues.
• Strong understanding of email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with MSP partners and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solver with a passion for partner success.
• Ability to travel occasionally to meet partners or attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on new product releases and train partners accordingly.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Build relationships with key partner decision-makers.

• Develop and deliver technical training for MSP partners on product usage and best practices.
• Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) on field priorities and product roadmap.
• Stay updatedon new product releases and train partners accordingly.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner decision-makers.
• This role has to be Mumbai based.

Qualifications
