Job summary

Endurance Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee brake product development from RFQ through SOP. You will coordinate design and development plans, run proto and pilot samples, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and secure adherence to IATF standards. You will drive programs using PLM tools and ensure delivery excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Understanding of brake products for 2W/4W incl. controlled brakes.
• Awareness of IATF 16949, APQP, quality gates.
• Experience with RFQ to SOP across product development.
• Good understanding of commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal discussions with customers and finalize product proposals.
• Design and development plan creation and pilot/sample execution.
• Manage customer audits, sample events and reviews.
• Identify risks during development and implement countermeasures.
• Ensure processes align with IATF standards via APQP.
• Drive programs using PLM tools.

Job description

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

• Good Understanding of Brake Products. For 2Wh & 4Wh Brakes, including Controlled Brakes.
• IATF - 16949, APQP, Quality Gates etc.
• Project Planning and various activities involved. Starting from RFQ till SOP.
• Understanding of Commercials.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

• Proposal discussions with customers for new product and understanding the requirements. Finalization of product proposal.
• Design & Development plan preparation & execution of samples preparation for proto & pilot batch till production.
• Managing Customer Audits, sample events and reviews.
• Resolution of the issues observed during development & running product by analysis and taking countermeasures. Risks identification and proactive Mitigation.
• Ensuring the work processes are in line with IATF Standards through APQP approach.
• Drive all programs through PLM tools.
