Job summary

MAHLE Holding India Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks a PMO Analyst to support Project Managers on SAP, reporting, and PMO tools, contributing to KPI and dashboard preparation.

The role includes administrative PM tool support, SAP budget management, data handling for reports, and training teammates on PMO processes. A BE and 3–5 years' experience are required; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Production engineering.
• SAP PM Module and data handling experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel, Power Apps/Power BI skills; IATF 16949 awareness a plus.
• Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Industry experience in Automotive engineering services or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Team player with leadership potential and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with project management processes and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts.
• Solid computer skills (Excel, PPT, SAP) and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities for Project Managers on SAP, reporting, and PBCRs.
• Provide administrative support on PM tools and systems.
• Work on SAP for project management processes.
• Handle data for preparing various reports.
• Prepare KPIs and dashboards.
• Attend trainings on PMO tools and processes and share knowledge.
• Assist PMs in budget management in SAP.
• Understand Sales processes related to projects.
• Learn MAHLE project management processes.
• Assist with IATF internal and customer audits and documentation portals.

Role & responsibilities

• Support on various PMO activities, mainly to Project Managers on systems (such as SAP, reporting, PBCRs etc.)
• Administrative support on project management tools & systems.
• Worked on SAP for project management process.
• Experience in data handling for the preparation of various reports.
• Preparation for various KPI and dashboards.
• Gain knowledge and provide trainings on PMO tools and process.
• Support project managers in managing budget in SAP.
• Knowledge of Sales process.
• Learning MAHLE project management process.
• Handle IATF internal audits, customer audits & customer portals for documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE (Mech/Auto/ Electronics/ Electrical) degree.
• SAP PM Module, Data handling
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Advance Excel Certification / Power App/ Power BI skills/ IATF 16949 awareness will be added advantage
• Required Skills: Communication, fully conversant in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Analysis & Problem-solving skills
• Industry Preference: Automotive Engineering Services, Manufacturing background
