Job summary

Creative Synergies in Bengaluru seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics engineer with 1–5 years of brake design experience to work on NX-based development, packaging, and clearance analysis. You will validate drawings, manage changes, and collaborate with suppliers and Germany partners to deliver high-quality brake components.

The role emphasizes design thinking, solving brake system challenges, and cross-functional project management with engineering and procurement teams to drive value and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical/Mechatronics/EME engineer with 1–5 years in brake design and development.
  • Experience with car brake design, preferably for OEMs.
  • Expertise in Siemens NX for part, surface, motion, and drawing.
  • Experience with luxury car brake components and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to generate concepts for Electro-Mechanical Braking Systems.
  • Knowledge of ESP, electric brake boosters, calipers, and regen braking.
  • Experience solving brake product/process problems.
  • Project management experience with suppliers on new product development.
  • Experience with packaging, clearance, data archive, change & release duties.
  • Intercultural collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with good communication and multi-tasking; German language desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brake system component design and packaging analyses in NX and Smaragd.
  • Create new concept proposals for brackets (steel, aluminium, plastic).
  • Validate supplier drawings per global and MBN standards.
  • Manage engineering changes and release processes (KEM/EC).
  • Develop components per MDS process and drive issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, quality and procurement stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Germany partners for timely, high-quality output.
  • Contribute to business growth through value addition and innovation.
  • Assist team leader to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Maintain data archives and ensure change control compliance.

Job Description:

  • 1)Brake system Component design, Packaging and Clearance analysis in NX and Smaragd
  • 2)Create new concept proposals for brake system brackets (Steel, Aluminium & Plastic)
  • 3)Create drawings and validate supplier drawings as per Global and MBN standards
  • 4)Create KEM(change management), EC(Engineering Change), manage approval & release
  • 5)Responsible for Component development as per MDS process
  • 6)Resolve brake system, component specific product/assembly issues
  • 7)Project management with suppliers, quality and purchase stake holders
  • 8)Collaborate with business partners in Germany timely and consistently with best quality
  • 9)Contribute to business growth in terms of Value addition, Innovation, etc.
  • 10)Assist team leader to achieve company goals / objectives
  • 11)Execute additional tasks / roles assigned by superiors as and when required

Skill Requirements:
  • 1)Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineer with 1 to 5 years experience in
  • Car Brake design and development (preferably OEMs)
  • 2)Expertise in Siemens NX (12 or latest version) Part, Surface modelling, Motion Kinematics, Assembly & Drawing
  • 3)Experience in Luxury Car - Brake components, functions, manufacturing & problems solving
  • 4)Design thinking to create new concept proposals for Electro Mechanic Braking System
  • 5)Know-how of latest brake technologies - ESP, Electro mechanic brake booster, caliper and Regenerative braking
  • 6)Experience to Brake System specific Product/Process problem solving techniques
  • 7)Project Management experience with supplier interaction on new product development
  • 8)Smaragd/Engineering Client: Packaging, clearance, data archive, change & release duties
  • 9)Experience in Intercultural work & Stakeholder management
  • 10)Self-motivated for the team work and to contribute with positive attitude
  • 11)Excellent communication skills, proactive, multi-tasking, agile & German language is desired
