Responsibilities

• Teach one or two subjects to your class and conduct regular tests to monitor learning and provide feedback.
• Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year to build strong study habits and attendance.
• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects (Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

A teacher at iTeach Schools wears multiple hats to ensure an excellent education for their students. The three different parts of the role are:

Teaching your subject (60% time)

• Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class.
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and give feedback to students.
• Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy.
• Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement.

Mentoring students (20% time)

• Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year.
• Develop ways to ensure that these students have strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel -share these plans with all teachers across the ecosystem.

Help with school projects (20% time)

• Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc.
• Use these opportunities to strengthen your leadership skills and mentor new teachers.

Compensation and Benefits:
