Diamond Forest, a New York-based luxury jewelry brand, seeks an experienced SEO Team Lead to own and grow our US organic search presence. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution across on-site, technical, and content SEO to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

You will collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, build long-term plans, and report insights with measurable results.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in SEO, with leadership experience.
• Proven record of growing organic traffic and revenue for ecommerce.
• Experience with jewelry or luxury brands is a plus.

Diamond Forest is a New York-based fine jewelry brand specializing in lab-grown diamond jewelry. We create modern, nature-inspired diamond jewelry for customers across the United States.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to take complete ownership of our organic growth and SEO strategy for the US market. You will be responsible for building and executing Diamond Forest's SEO strategy across our e-commerce website, with a strong focus on Google rankings, organic traffic, qualified customers and revenue growth. This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can identify SEO opportunities, build the strategy, execute it, coordinate with content and development teams, and measure the results.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete SEO strategy for the Diamond Forest website.
• Conduct keyword research for diamond jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry and related US search terms.
• Manage on-page, technical and off-page SEO.
• Optimize product pages, collection pages, category pages, landing pages and blogs.
• Improve website architecture, internal linking, URLs, metadata, headings and structured data/schema.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and identify indexing, crawling, speed and other technical issues.
• Manage backlink building, digital PR and outreach strategies.
• Develop SEO content strategies and work with writers to create high-quality, search-focused content.
• Monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools to track rankings, traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outrank competing jewelry brands.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and continuously improve SEO strategy.
• Work closely with the website development, content, marketing and creative teams to implement SEO improvements.
• Build monthly SEO reports with clear performance insights, opportunities and action plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with jewelry, diamonds, luxury, fashion or D2C brands will be a strong advantage.
• Experience growing an e-commerce website targeting the US market is highly preferred.
• We are looking for someone who can show actual SEO results - websites they have worked on, rankings they have improved, traffic they have grown, and organic revenue they have contributed to.

Shift Time : Work Schedule

Since Diamond Forest is a New York-based brand and our Sales, Content and Digital Marketing teams, this role will follow our New York working hours - 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST.
