Descripción del empleo

(a.k.a. the traffic-gobbling, page-shipping wizard we’ve been scrolling for)

Hey there, pixel-slinger!

Do you dream in H2s and hooks, tweak CSS while waiting for coffee, and drop React components like they’re hot? Do you feed LLMs killer prompts, then watch your WordPress and Next.js pages rank, convert, and generally cause mayhem on the SERP? If yes—keep reading. If not… hit escape and go pet your cat.

TalentNovo helps leaders level-up their inner game (think Jedi training, minus the lightsabers). Most of our site lives on trusty WordPress, but we’re spinning up sleek React/Next.js front ends, bolting on agentic-AI workflows, and aiming for growth charts that look like SpaceX telemetry. The agency merry-go-round? Been there, puked that. Now we want a Swiss-Army Marketer-Builder in-house.

Prompt-craft wizardry—get gold from LLMs.

WordPress mastery (themes, blocks, Elementor) AND production-ready React/Next.js chops.

Keyword kung-fu, schema, Core Web Vitals whisperer.

Tailwind/Chakra + vanilla CSS/JS tweaks without breaking a sweat.

GA4, Looker Studio, regex in Search Console.

Git basics, can spin up a Netlify/Vercel deploy or Cloudflare Worker.

• Terraform or GitHub Actions for tiny DevOps chores.
• A personal side project that actually ranks—show us!
• Curiosity > Credentials. BBA, BCA, drop-out, or Hogwarts grad—we just need proof you ship.
• Fail fast, meme faster. We break things, fix them, laugh, repeat.
• AI-first mindset. If you insist on 100 % manual, you’ll hate it here.
• Choose ONE page on talentnovo.com that needs TLC.
• Record a 3-min Loom: diagnose the issue and sketch your top three fixes.
• Bonus round: fork any TalentNovo page, mock up a cleaner version in WordPress or React (your pick). Share the GitHub/staging link.
• Email the Loom link, the page mock-up, your LinkedIn, and a meme you made to
• [e-mail] with subject line:

If we vibe, you’ll hear from us faster than a TikTok trend. If not—at least you memed on company time.

Ready to smash KPIs, befriend robots, and code the pages Google can’t ignore?

Apply now. Adventure (and traffic) awaits.
