BNCW Enterprises is hiring an SEO Specialist to own and execute organic search strategies across our digital assets and client accounts. You’ll drive end-to-end SEO, from technical audits to on-page optimization and performance reporting, with minimal hand-holding.

Ideal candidates think in search intent, can navigate GSC and Ahrefs, and treat SEO as a system, not a checklist. You’ll collaborate with content and dev teams to scale results across multiple properties.

Qualifications

Job description

We're hiring an SEO Specialist to own and execute organic search strategy across our digital properties and client accounts. This role is for someone who can run SEO end-to-end, from technical audits and keyword research to on-page execution and performance reporting, without needing to be managed at every step.

If you think in search intent, live in GSC and Ahrefs, and believe SEO is a system not a checklist we want to talk. Ownership and speed matter here. We don't have room for bottlenecks.

What You'll Work On:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification
• Plan and execute on-page SEO across blogs, service pages, and landing pages
• Run technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawl, indexation, and speed issues
• Build and manage internal linking strategies and site architecture improvements
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions report on what's working and what's not
• Collaborate with the content team to brief writers with keyword targets, intent mapping, and structure guidance
• Manage SEO for multiple properties and client accounts simultaneously
• Stay current with algorithm updates, AI search changes, and emerging SEO practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (not just content writing with SEO keywords)
• Strong working knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools and Google Search Console is non-negotiable
• Ability to read data, spot patterns, and turn insights into action items
• Clear understanding of search intent and how it maps to content
• Comfortable with site audits, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
• Experience managing SEO across multiple websites or client accounts
• Track record of measurable ranking and traffic improvements
• Strong communication skills can brief writers, flag issues to devs, and report to leadership without hand-holding
• Self-directed. You identify what needs doing and do it.

Preferred:

• Agency or in-house experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or service businesses
• SaaS & Technology domain exposure
• Local SEO / Multi-location experience
