Job summary

Goldmine Advertising Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an SEO leader with 7-10 years of hands-on experience to drive organic growth for established brands and to lead AEO/GEO initiatives.

You will work with GA4, GSC, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, implement structured data and JSON-LD, manage a 3+ person team, and coordinate with BFSI or regulated sector clients while handling multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of SEO experience with measurable growth.

• Explain AI search processes to clients in simple terms.

SEO Experience : 7-10 years of SEO experience, with proven organic growth for established brands, backed by measurable traffic, lead or revenue outcomes.

1. AEO/GEO Expertise : Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), supported by case studies demonstrating improved brand citations or mentions across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini.
2. AI Search Understanding : Ability to explain how AI answer engines retrieve information, select sources, identify entities and evaluate content freshness in simple, client-friendly language.
3. Tools & Analytics : Hands‑on experience with AI visibility tracking tools such as Profound, Peec AI, Semrush AI Toolkit, Ahrefs Brand Radar or a custom prompt tracker. Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
4. Technical & Entity SEO : Strong understanding of structured data, schema markup, JSON‑LD, entity SEO and knowledge graphs, including implementation, testing and debugging.
5. Team Management : Direct experience managing a minimum of 3 team members, with accountability for team performance, deliverables and quality.
6. Regulated Industry Experience : Experience in BFSI or other regulated sectors, such as banking, insurance, NBFC, mutual funds, fintech or healthcare. Must understand YMYL, E‑E‑A‑T, compliance reviews and relevant RBI, SEBI or IRDAI content guidelines.
7. Agency & Client Management : Experience handling at least 5 client accounts simultaneously, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present strategies and performance updates directly to senior client stakeholders.
8. I Adoption & Automation : Regular use of AI tools in day‑to‑day workflows, with demonstrable examples of processes automated to improve efficiency, research, reporting or content optimization.
