Job summary

Eucloid Data Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO professional in Gurgaon to lead and execute advanced SEO/AI-driven strategies, optimize on-page and technical SEO, and collaborate with content teams to boost organic visibility.

The candidate will conduct audits, analyze metrics, and guide developers on schema markup and site architecture to improve discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search engines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO consulting/management.
• Experience with AEO and GEO strategies for AI-powered search.
• Proficient in SEO tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz and Screaming Frog.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or CS.
• Knowledge of semantic search and structured data.

Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to lead following work- streams:

• Develop and execute customized SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive business growth.
• Perform thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends.
• Provide insights on SEO opportunities across different digital channels including on-page, offpage, and technical SEO.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to ensure they align with SEO best practices.
• Improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates through effective SEO practices.
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and ensure keyword integration.
• Perform regular audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance, such as page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawl errors.
• Work closely with developers to implement schema markup, structured data, semantic markup, and optimize site architecture to improve discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve SEO efforts.
• Track key SEO metrics (e.g., keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.

Develop and implement SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI powered answer engines.

• Optimize website content and information architecture to improve discoverability, answerability, and citation by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other Large Language Model (LLM)-based search experiences.
• Create and optimize structured, authoritative, and entity-focused content using schema markup, semantic SEO principles, and structured data best practices.
• Stay up to date with evolving AI search trends, Google's AI Overviews, LLM-driven search experiences, and emerging best practices for AEO/GEO.
• Monitor website visibility across both traditional search results and AI-generated search experiences, identifying opportunities to improve rankings, citations, and answer inclusion.

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in SEO consulting/management, with exposure to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for AI-powered search experiences.

In-depth understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and web analytics tools

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science etc

Strong understanding of semantic search, structured data (Schema.org), entity optimization, and content strategies that improve visibility across both traditional search engines and AIpowered answer engines.

Knowledge of Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search platforms, with an understanding of how content is surfaced and cited.

Experience optimizing websites for both traditional SEO performance and emerging AI-driven search ecosystems.
