Job summary

E2M is seeking an SEO Account Manager in India who will lead the SEO strategy, maintain strong client communication, and drive client retention. You will bridge the client and the SEO Project Manager to align goals, timelines, and outcomes, while identifying expansion opportunities across accounts.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations, reports are accurate, and growth targets are achieved, enabling long-term profitability for client partners.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a client facing role.
• Strong knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices for content and onsite factors.
• Experience with SEO reporting.
• Familiarity with industry tools and analytics for performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate all initiatives, strategies, and opportunities to clients as needed and on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings (weekly/bi-weekly calls and monthly reporting calls).
• Work with Project manager to identify and vet new opportunities for account expansion.
• Responsible for Account Growth + Retention.
• Work with SEO project manager to ensure client work/deadlines are delivered on time.

About the Role

The SEO Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the SEO strategy, Client Communication and Client retention of their accounts. They are responsible for the performance, strategy, growth, and alignment of each individual account he/she manages. The Account Manager ensures that client expectations for their business and their relationship with E2M are set appropriately and achieved. Your role is to build and maintain a strong client relationship, meet the goals and timelines of the original strategy, as well as identify new strategic opportunities. SEO account manager will be a bridge between Client and SEO Project manager.
