This role involves delivering end-to-end training on SDET concepts, covering Java or Python alongside Playwright and Selenium, and guiding participants through real-world practices.

Qualifications

Role Overview

The ideal candidate brings strong programming expertise, hands‑on experience in automation framework design, and the ability to drive outcome‑oriented learning. You will work closely with learners to bridge the gap between theory and production‑level testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end training on SDET concepts and automation testing methodologies
• Train learners on Java or Python with Playwright and/or Selenium
• Guide participants in building automation frameworks using POM and hybrid models
• Cover UI automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration practices
• Conduct hands‑on coding sessions, real‑time problem‑solving, and project‑based learning
• Support learners in debugging scripts and resolving practical challenges
• Align training delivery with client expectations and measurable outcomes
