Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a seasoned QA Manager in India to lead quality initiatives across programs in the Capital Markets domain. The role targets 13–16 years of experience and emphasizes an automation-first approach to testing.

You will own test strategy, governance, metrics, and release readiness while mentoring multiple QA squads. Collaboration with Engineering, Program Management, and senior stakeholders is essential to ensure quality and timely releases.

Job Description

QA Manager

The experience range will be between 13 to 16 Years and the JD as received is as below.

1. Experience of working in Capital Market Domain (Having Reg Experience is a strong advantage if possess).
2. Lead QA strategy and execution across multiple programs/products, ensuring consistent quality standards, governance, and predictable releases.
3. Drive an Automation-First approach, building scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, integration, mobile, and regression testing.
4. Own end-to-end quality engineering practices, including test strategy, planning, risk management, defect governance, and release readiness.
5. Establish and track QA metrics/KPIs, automation coverage, defect leakage, test effectiveness, and continuous quality improvements.
6. Lead, mentor, and manage multiple QA teams/Squads, collaborating closely with Engineering, Business and Program Management stakeholders.
