Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SDET/QA automation and quality engineering.
• Strong expertise in API automation using REST Assured.
• Proficient in Core Java, Selenium, and MS SQL.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, build/deploy processes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test automation strategy aligned with goals and digital transformation.
• Drive automation-first testing across projects to catch defects early and improve quality.
• Lead SDET teams with governance, frameworks, and best practices across programs.
• Deliver scalable automation solutions across platforms and ensure robust automation coverage.
• Track KPIs for automation, defect leakage, and release quality; drive improvements.
• Innovate with AI/ML-based testing and self-healing frameworks to enhance testing.
• Mentor engineers to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
