Job summary

SDET Tech in India seeks an experienced L2/L3 Application Support Engineer for ecommerce-based SaaS applications. The role requires 4–8 years in production support, with hands-on ecommerce experience and a background in cloud environments.

You will handle incidents, RCA, and cross-team coordination to ensure system stability. Ideal candidates will monitor health, uphold SLAs, and contribute to knowledge base creation and operational docs.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Application Support/Production Support.
• Must have hands-on ecommerce application support experience.
• Bachelor's in Engineering in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications or equivalent.
• Experience in cloud, multi-tenant SaaS products, highly scalable products.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
• Manage incidents, problem resolution, and service restoration.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure application stability.
• Monitor application health and maintain SLA commitments.
• Create RCA reports, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.
