Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a motivated SDET to lead quality engineering for our AI technologies using AWS, Claude and other Generative AI tools. You will design and build automated test frameworks and suites that validate intelligent automation solutions and AI models across the world.

You will own test strategy, automated regression and integration suites, CI/CD test pipeline integration and production quality monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in automation testing backend services in Java or Python and JavaScript or TypeScript for frontend.
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, distributed systems, async programming and test strategy for service-oriented architectures.
• Experience testing modern web UIs, component level testing and end-to-end browser automation.
• Experience testing systems with LLM integrations across backend and user-facing AI features. Strong engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and build test automation frameworks for our AI backend & frontend services on AWS, covering API contract testing, load/performance testing and deployment validation for AI models.
• Own quality end-to-end: test strategy, automated regression and integration suites, CI/CD test pipeline integration and production quality monitoring/alerting.
• Validate retrieval quality for our RAG architecture on Weaviate, including relevance testing for hybrid vector, keyword search, ingestion pipeline data integrity and semantic cache correctness.
• Partner with engineering, product, platform and data engineering teams in architecture discussions and design review, bringing quality lens to new features.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for scenarios where automation isn’t feasible or sufficient.

We’re looking for a SDET. This role is Office Based, Hyderabad Office. Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a motivated SDET who will lead the quality engineering for our outgoing AI technologies using AWS, Claude and other Generative AI tools. You will be responsible for designing and building automated test frameworks and suites that validate our intelligent automation solutions, AI models and custom Gen AI, ensuring they are released with high quality and reliability across the organizations of the world.

In this role, you will…

• Design and build test automation frameworks for our AI backend & frontend services on AWS, covering API contract testing, load/performance testing and deployment validation for AI models.
• Own quality end-to-end: test strategy, automated regression and integration suites, CI/CD test pipeline integration and production quality monitoring/alerting.
