Cornerstone OnDemand in Hyderabad is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to lead design, deployment, and integration of AI-powered solutions using AWS AI services, Bedrock, and Generative AI. This role bridges Cornerstone product engineering with enterprise customer teams to ensure seamless delivery of Agentic applications.

You will deploy AI-native Workforce Agility products, collaborate on solution architecture, and craft tailored AI-driven solutions for customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software deployment and systems integration.
• 1–2 years of experience deploying or integrating Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic Frameworks.

• Assist with technical deployments and integrations of AI-native products at strategic enterprise accounts.
• Own solution architecture, implementation strategy, and adoption planning with customers.
• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks.
• Prototype custom solutions including scripts and APIs to accelerate value.
• Stay current with enterprise integration technologies and AI advancements.
• Deliver PoCs to demonstrate business value to client teams.
• Provide enablement sessions to client engineering teams as needed.

Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE)

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for aForward Deployment Engineer (FDE) who will lead the design, development, anddeployment of AI-powered solutions using AWS AI services, Bedrock, andGenerative AI technologies. You will be responsible for building intelligentautomation solutions and creating custom Gen AI applications serving ascritical bridge between Cornerstone’s product engineering teams and ourstrategic enterprise customer teams to ensure seamless integration and deliveryof Agentic applications. As an FDE, you will drive successful deployments ofAI-powered Workforce Agility products and assist customerneeds intoproduct innovations.

In this role you will…

• Assist with technical deploymentsand integrations of Cornerstone's AI-native Workforce Agility products atstrategic enterprise accounts, ensuring high-impact, successful outcomes.


• Work closely with customerengagements — owning solution architecture, implementation strategy, andlong-term adoption planning.


• Partner directly with customers todeeply understand their workforce challenges, then design and deliver tailoredAI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks.


• Identify and prototype customsolutions — including scripts, APIs, and AI workflow extensions — thataccelerate customer time-to-value.


• Stay current with enterpriseintegration technologies, AI advancements, and industry trends to continuouslyelevate customer engagements.


• Participate in technical discovery sessions with client stakeholdersto understand business requirements and integration constraints.


• Support on-site and remote deployment of AI solutions within clientenvironments, managing configuration, data integration, and go-live activities.


• Deliver proof-of-concept projects to evaluate AI technologies anddemonstrate business value to client teams.


• Provide technical enablement and knowledge transfer sessions to clientengineering teams as needed.

You have what it takes if you have…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience insenior enterprise technical roles).


• 2+ years of hands-on experience inenterprise software deployment, systems integration, or solutions engineering —with strong proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent.


• 1–2 years of experience deploying orintegrating products built on Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic Frameworks inproduction enterprise environments.


• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts(NLP, recommendation systems, LLMs, vector databases, semantic search)sufficient to implement AI-native solutions.


• Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices for AI modeldeployment and MCP integration.


• Outstanding problem-solvinginstincts — able to diagnose ambiguous customer environments quickly and drivetoward solutions under pressure.
