Job summary

Quantbot is seeking a skilled backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software at our Gurugram, India campus. You will contribute to architecture discussions, implement robust RESTful APIs, and push for high-availability systems.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive engineering excellence within the team. The role emphasizes Node.js backend development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems, with a focus on clean, efficient code and strong debugging

Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Hands-on design and implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with distributed systems and high-availability backends.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and high-availability backend applications.
• Strong debugging, system design, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence within the team.
