Job summary

Quantbot is seeking a frontend-focused software engineer for Gurgaon. You will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications, write clean code, and participate in architecture discussions.

You will mentor juniors and drive technical improvements while collaborating with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps teams. Required skills include Angular 11+, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Devops etc.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Drive technical improvements and process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Mandate experience in Angular 11+ in frontend development.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and high-availability frontend applications.
• Strong debugging, system design, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence within the team.
