Job summary

ShopDeck in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Node.js engineer to design scalable systems, write modular, production-ready code, and take end-to-end ownership—from requirements to deployment and impact measurement.

You will work with AWS/GCP, Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and AI tools to build reliable, high-performance services for a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of strong relevant exp (fast paced product startup exp is add on)
• Strong in Node.js
• High ownership and self-driven execution - You are an engineer, not a coder
• Hands-on product development experience
• Basic infra knowledge (AWS/GCP, Docker, monitoring, queues)
• Practical AI usage or integration experience
• System design - Thinking at scale (performance, reliability, cost)
